Heroes on Heroin!

Celebrity Rehab...Sober House...and shows alike...This has to be why when I tell people I want to go to Hollywood someday, they give me dirty looks and call me shallow. Personally, I look at Hollywood as the mecca for entertainment. I am spending many dollars on schooling and many hours interning...for something. Most celebrities go through the blood, sweat, and tears for their dreams. I can only imagine the pressures and expectations put on one that is on top of the world, but these shows are ridiculous. These people are morons, not musicians. I recall an episode where a certain "rock star" relapses because someone said his band sucked. Someone. Who? I don't know. You don't know. No one knows. Why? This "hater" is a nobody by celebrity standards. So why care? Why take it to heart? UNLESS...you in fact do suck. We are glued to watching the rags to riches cry about life while we are crying into rags. But why?....

Here's something else to get lost in...(click the pic)

as always...w/ passion.

these shows are so popular because people love to see celebrities go down the tubes. it's the same reason those gossip mags sell like crazy. people wanna feel better than the big hotshot.

it is definitely a show that is based on our carnal lust to prove that celebrities are a terrible invention of society(which is true). but, i myself cannot be biased...much. being someone who is/was addicted to drugs, i understand the relapse switch. there is every reason to call the relapse card. i've used it in situations, even when unmerited. i would guess that celebrities themselves, use the most outlandish of reasons to relapse, because they feel they deserve the right. i don't know. in the end, i could have pipe in hand, needle in arm, and still feel better than these hacks. but, i also hate the idea of celebrity status. just my terribly drunk opinion. terribly.
